Try doing that in your roller skate sized battery powered smugmobile you never left suburbia green party voting flappy jawed virtue signalling millennial muppet.
I wish my 'illegitimate ute' had the choice of who it's feeding as you with the pronoun fixation certainly wouldn't be one of them until you exhibited some sign, any sign, you knew what common sense was or be some freak of nature you actually had any.

Yip, I bet ya a lazy hundy, In 15 years time, when lame offshore (James shaw), Donkey chops et al have blown billions to reduce our Carbon output by 0.00000000000000002%, they will be saying -" on bugger... That was silly digging up half the planet to build "E everything's" only to dump it all in the holes we dug. .... And the plant is still warming and we now have polluted the land.
Wankers!!!

Gee GO30, I thought real farmers had trac'ors, not any of these namby pamby double cab with air con and a tiny tray utes. You could collect 3 times as many bales with a proper trac'or...
Can't see you ploughing a paddock or planting any turnips with that fancy Rhino. And besides, you should go green, like John Deere green. That would be a proper trac'or now ;-)

Just be careful that while laughing at those Electric Utes, one doesn't pass you carrying twice the load, while you are grinding your way up the Hill. hiconsumption.com/best-electric-pickup-trucks/By the way G030, you are a Farmer now. You have to learn to stack Hay like a Farmer, not a Towny concious of Road rules. That stack should be at least twice as high if not 3x higher. I would estimate that Trailer would take soe 50Bales We measured loads by how much spring movement was left. When the leaf springs were nearly hard against the Chassis, it was fully loaded. It's not like we wanted to be silly about it you know.

But I do agree, Electric is simply not saving the World from anything. In fact much of what I have been saying for the last few years about Electric is now comeing to pass. There is a new Video about to be put in Youtube (if is isn't already) or a Guy that bought and early Tesla. He has had it for 8 yrs now and the Battery is in need of replacement. The Battery is US$22K. Second hand Tesla's of the same age go for $30K if the Battery tests good. So as a result, the guy has joined up with another Youtuber who blows things up. They have straped some 500Kg of High explosive around the entire Car and are going to blow it up.
I have been saying for years, Hydrogen is the way of the Future. I just wish the Future would get here faster. I guess Electric has the advantage of charging stations being easily created. Hydrogen stations are going to take awhile. Hyundai Trucks are coming off the Assembly line right now. Several other major manufacturers are in the process of getting Creations into production. Once we have Trucks available and companies keen on signing up fleets, stations will get created.
The local Airline "Sounds Air" are in the process of taking possession of an all Electric Aircraft. The first for NZ and for that matter, much of the World. I am not sure how I feel about flying in an electric Aircraft. It's weird. Far less to go wrong than a Av-gas powered craft, but there is still just something weird about the feeling of relying solely on electric. I live right under the Southern air corridor for them. So it will be interesting to hear the sound from it once it starts flying.

It's not just about reducing CO2 emmissions. When I got our PHEV family wagon, I budgeted a $100/month saving on petrol. Now, with the sharp increases in petrol prices, those savings are nearing $200/month...

And no comment on the total number of km's over those 8 years. He took the batteries and motor out of it before he blew it up, so clear he was scrapping it, not just a political statement. There are many new ICE cars in NZ that would get scrapped after 8 years. Commercial utes and reps cars. That is why they have a 3 yr or 100,000 km warranty. Good stunt for headlines though.

PS, Why do you think your ute is illigitimate? Do you not know who its father was? Or did that Greens twat say something offense about utes again?

46 in the trailer (it seemed to be build perfectly the bales size, most awesome) 10 in the tray which could have been more but a bit of the race is full x country until the blade arrives (fitted to tractor) to correct it. Far better than 2 in a wheelbarrow which is the other option as it can't sit there until the arrival of our new tractor (with added fun fruit) next month...assuming fecking covid doesn't delay it again...
The gist of my Grrr is beeing been called illegitimate as it is not a slightly bigger than usual roller skate with a hugh pile of dirty as child labour derived AAA's stuck up its arse that is ONLY good for taking 2 Nanas only a few km down the road to the bowling club but nothing of any real use bar very low quality landfill.
No electric ute will pass the mighty Ssingsong any time soon as rural is being squeezed so hard no one can afford the $250,000 price tag nor the horrendous lifetime cost nor the huge cost of doubling thier power suppy systems to charge the thing. The Ssingsong used 1.4lts of deisal to shift 150 bales, its a chatty wee bit of Korean kit (it even displays a cup of tea on the dash after a time to remind u to take a break) I estimate it would take either 15 days (down to 2-3 shortly) or 18lts of 95 and 2.5 days via genny to 1/2 fill a Rivian ute (the small 30kw option) here currently. So the ute is by far the most efficient option available given rural desent have the infrastructure inner cities do and there are other real life constraints to face, one biggie being rain is due in 2 days.
Sure we, as a world, can be better to it and sooner or later cleaner options will be viable but right here right now they aren't so call me illegitimate and you'll receive what u deserve, that being shown how fucked in the head and how devoid of common sense and practicallity your virtue signalling really is.
