Leadership by committee FFS... Teachers need to teach kids the learnings of the past in order to stop repeating the failings.
Committee's are proven to compromise everything without leadership.
Every successful organisation has a leadership structure
Wars are lost by losers that have lame leader and Dumb structure.
The key is to insure against overbearing leadership, aka Hitler, donkey chops.
Sure Hitler killed a lot of people but he never killed the people's soul and belief....
Unlike Ardern.
Ardern, sucks the life blood out of good people inorder to appease personal( not mandated) agendas
