Bit of drama at Tindalls today. Apparently a couple of jetski's had a coming together. Three injured.
The Police launch came bombing into the bay at about the same time Westpac Rescue and the Eagle arrived overhead.
Westpac Rescue dropped two crewmembers onto the beach, but didn't transport anyone. I saw two ambulances in attendance (may have been more) as well as one police car, parked on the beach (interviewing someone), along with the tender from Deodar.
Not sure exactly what happened, but there was a very upset lady being attended to that appeared to have been on one of the ski's. There was a comment that one went up the back of the other. There was at least 4 ski's on the beach. Occurred off the point at Tindalls.
Noting also that over at Manly was the Hibiscus Coast Jetski Rental, that rents swimmer terrorising ski's by the hour. Don't know if that had any involvement. From previous observations their riders are rather incompetent though.
