Even worse. The dickweed Stalinda mob will soon spend 1.2billion on auckland infrastructure to support the building of 16000 new houses... Just in time for the recession/a supply glut/low buyer demand/ and thousands of Kiwis deserting Stalindagrad .

In my area the last 7 houses have sold for 25-30% under market valuation, (before Xmas they were all selling at $1million plus. Now the equivalent are selling around $750k & the next stage in the subdivision has not one sale compared to the last stage which sold out in hours in November)

These 16000 house will end up being duds or stopped or given to losers.
