The fact that dumb kiwis, over 50% of them, still prefer commandant Stalinda shows what the only sane people left in NZ, and whom happen to populate this forum, are really are up against.

The man pushed the teen back and the teen retaliated by pulling out a loaded firearm and shooting the man in the leg.Judge Paul said the man came close to dying, spent three weeks in hospital, months unable to walk, had to undergo three surgeries and had ongoing respiratory issues caused by a blood clot in his lung. He also now suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.Judge Paul said the victim and his partner were entitled to walk home safely after a night out.
He said the teen was entitled to make inquiries about what he thought he saw but it should have been obvious there was nothing untoward happening.

It is illegal to do a drive by shooting to endanger property; or endanger, annoy, or frighten any person.
So if you can convince the court that the reason for your drive by shooting was to kill a rabbit on your rival gang members front lawn then you'll get away with it.
I actually recall there is a law about discharging a weapon from a moving vehicle.... so I guess the shooters stop and put the hand brake on ...

Police believe a group of youth forced their way into the building on Monday night.
The walls of the theatre foyer have been graffitied and items taken, including a 94-year-old bronze statue from the mezzanine floor.
