They buy all power from 100% NZ renewables.
POAL have solar installed on the cranes and office roofs. We have as much as can be physically fit in.
Having space to store cargo is the priority. So they are better off buying their electricity from renewable sources than building power stations.
The diesel engines are there to meet a shop handling certification requirement. Unless Sparky is called on to operate outside its normal operating parameters the diesel should never be used except for maintenance runs.

A mate of mine lives in Penang. . quote.."there's no EVs in Malaysia" and highly unlikely to be while there millions of cars benefit from subsidized petrol. There is now, we sent 2 rodes up for some new lectric ferries.

No idea, they are new builds not yet floating.
I'd hate to use the rode required, it's 100% designed to protect a office dwellers arse. Not to mention the cost due to that, eye watering is the best description.

No idea what has happened to the port of Auckland electric tug but we had 2 diesel tugs Friday/Tuesday
Can see why the ports want yacht racing gone from the harbour.Revesing out from the warf at 4.0pm just as the Friday night racers went past the warf and cross the stern despite blasts from the ship.Ship gave a quick ahead then reverse. get down to 9 bouy? off Devonport and they crossed in front again except 2 who veered off ,gybed came on the wind again and released to soon and vereed off again,ship was not stopping.
