if it doesn't involve losers, freebies, Maoris, or UN photo shoots Stalinda doesn't want to know. Luxon needs to front these groups and ignore the Stalinda faves . .. Seymour's the man but why is he not grabbing more right votes of national... I think Fish nailed it re the 2 party myopic focus by many dumb Kiwis

“It’s Mongrel Mob”. That was the explanation a Napier 16-year-old gave his family members when they asked why he nearly killed an innocent 78-year-old man, the Youth Court at Napier heard on Tuesday. Now 17, he is on trial with another youth, who is now 18, for violently attack the elderly man in his Napier home earlier this year. They face charges of aggravated robbery and causing grievous bodily harm. Their identities are suppressed as they are appearing in the Youth Court. The Crown alleges that the pair broke into the man’s house on the afternoon of January 12 and violently attacked him.The attack was the culmination of a series of events, Crown prosecutor James Bridgman said. The victim appeared in court via audio visual link. A week before the attack, the man had been walking home from the shops when he was assaulted and robbed of his cellphone and groceries by two teenagers. Bridgman said one of them was the 17-year-old on trial, who lived next door to the man.Bridgman said that sometime on January 12, the youth hit the man in the face.Later on that day, about 4.30pm, the youth observed the man speaking to police. Bridgman said the teenager became angry and told a family member that the man was a “nark” and that he would kill him.www.stuff.co.nz/national/crime/130608449/youth-who-attacked-78yearold-in-his-home-said-he-did-it-because-its-mongrel-mob?cx_testId=12&cx_testVariant=cx_1&cx_artPos=4#cxrecs_sso if they live near you and steal from you they'll try and kill you, and if the wannabe murder is a youth, they'll largely get away with the a failed murder attempt... meanwhile housing nz are dotting gang members around the community and refusing to move them until there is sufficient video proof that they ARE, drug dealing, stealing + assaulting people labour and the the their top policeman's excuse for doing next to nothing to stop this growing problem? "it's complex"

It's all about dragging as many as possible down and breaking the middle classes. They have had spectacular success. Try remembering 2017 ...the good old days

In town we have 11 neighbours that touch our property, it is a weird shape. One is a private dwelling, one is a reserve/cemetery, the rest are Housing Corp. They have generally been OK but I have had to have the odd chat along the lines of 'you are starting to annoy me, you really don't want to do that'. That's worked to date bar a mob of gang kids who just didn't move out when the kicked the parents out. Those 4 got a little cocky and started using our place as a short cut. I said stop or I'll stop you, 2 half over the fence laughed and 5 second later I smacked rather well on the back of the thigh with a bit of 3 x 2, he fell off and had a good bruise a few days later. No more problems after that. One did tell me a while after they didn't think I was serious, they needed to learn I was.
We've had one hang himself in the carport, he found P. A solo mum and young daughter in a 5 beddy running a all hours brothel for taxi drivers. One Ma, Pa and 2 teenage sons move out after being in there 11 years, they brought 5 acres in Coatsville, WTF??. We have one next door prone to outburst, he came over 2 months ago and let rip at the dude mowing the lawns, I said to it again and I'd be all over his manager until he got moved, he knows I will. And a few other things but generally not that much out of the ordinary. The gang places was very good when it was there, it's the after hours so family and no patches. Any trouble in the hood was very quickly sorted out without the plods needing to help. They were OK people, so much so my youngest used to stay over there with one of the kids who was also in her class. Was a little nervous at first but that quickly went away.
If a real shithead did move in and went evil I'd not have a problem returning the favour. Just wait until they are all out and Oh bugger, an electrical fire burnt the house down.

police won't pursue or bother with ram raids as "they're just kids having a laugh" ram raids seem to be instigated by gangs gangs want guns so gun shops are now ram raid targets police don't want to face guns so now the police start to take them seriously www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2022/12/christchurch-gun-city-store-burgled-by-men-with-mallets.html surprised the gov. hasn't denounced gun city and threatened them with fines for not having demio-proof windows
as victim-blaming seems this gov's. response to retail crime
gun city should just come back to gov + police
"don't worry we're insured"

I was at Penrode gun city 2 months back, its got big fuck off concrete blocks in front of it. Someone had a crack at it previously.
But once inside the weapons are still locked and recently the plods made them lock the bulk ammo in big cages.
Recent history would suggest if u want a pile of weapons targeting a gun shop is way harder than going after them from a cop shop.

Should be one in every cell. The trick is to tie it properly. Suppose break neck when made correctly otherwise a slow strangulation death. Either works for me

with his record you'd imagine he'll now continue offending until he's back in a cell
hard to imagine he'll abide by his release conditions for 5 years when the last crimes were commit while he was on bail for earlier crimes
will he just ignore the conditions, knowing that the courts won't him back in jail for ignoring them, or will he slowly build up breaking his conditions to see how much slack he's got what parole officer will want to give him the hard word when he's killed a prison officer because he was brooding and shanked multiple prisoners for various perceived slights?
hopefully ACT will bring back 3 strikes, pity they couldn't now entrench it
since labour have been in power and emboldening crims
my car was stolen a few years ago
1 of my bikes seems to have had it's computer killed by a failed hot-wire attempt a few months ago
and another of my bikes got stolen a few days ago by 2 guys in 4wd with a box trailer
we now seem to have developed large criminal organizations that will even target old, high mileage vehicles of minimal value just to keep their roving bands of thieves occupied and their chop shops busy
all the police do is ask for video footage
and then say "because they're wearing hoodies, we can't id them, but thanks for trying"
noticed the eagle hovering locally a few hours ago and when i later nipped into the warehouse for some milk a policeman was saying to the staff member watching the monitors at the door, "so when he presented the hammer, you feared for your safety and let him walk out?"

Wonder if Jacinda will adopt this approach to dealing with crime? Wouldn't surprise me if they rolled it out for anti-mandate protestors. 2 cops killed during a protest. Found a guy (not entirely sure if it was the right one, but that isn't too important). Get a mobile crane. Hang him by the neck. Probably wont be getting many more copycat protestors trying to kill cops. Problem solved. 1 month from go to wooh. No appeals. No prison capacity issues. No woke re-education. Job done. How quick would the ram raids stop of some little punk was hung by his neck out front of the Otara mall? Probably make the fleeing driver / cop chases a bit more lively until the kids get the message. Would save loads in the criminal justice system. Think of the KPI's, waiting time for Court dates, call overs, bail hearings, substantive hearing, victim impact statement, sentencing reports, assessment of home detention, legal aid, all gone. Sure, you need to hire a mobile crane, but if your in a hurry I'm sure a telehandler would do. Tehran, Iran – Iran has publicly executed a second man who was arrested during unrest linked with the country’s ongoing protests. The judiciary’s news website announced early on Monday that Majidreza Rahnavard, who was convicted of killing two members of security forces, was executed in an unidentified public location in Mashhad while a group of people looked on. It published several images of the public execution, showing a man, whose hands were tied, hanged by the neck from a crane. Masked security forces were shown cordoning off the area, with a crowd of dozens watching behind barricades. Iran executed the first detainee linked with the protests, a 23-year-old named Mohsen Shekari, on Thursday for allegedly attacking and wounding a member of the Basij paramilitary force with a long knife in central Tehran. Like the case of Shekari, Monday’s execution aimed to show the speed with which the Iranian judiciary is advancing cases related to the protests, as Rahnavard was executed less than a month after his arrest. www.aljazeera.com/news/2022/12/12/iran-publicly-carries-out-second-protest-related-execution-2
