Think you will find that Kelvin Davis's plan to deal with prison overcrowding and double bunking (that was in the news under JK / National) wasn't to build more prisons, but to let everyone off with a cash payment to their tribe.

Seriously.
Think I read somewhere the prison population has reduced by 30% since Labour came in.

Gunthorpe told the Herald he heard initial gunshots at about 5.30pm. He said he went to the street to investigate and saw a man holding a gun walking down the road.

He said he quickly took his wife and young children to the basement before phoning police.

While inside, Gunthorpe said he heard more shots but was unsure if those were from the shooter or police.

Off course the conviction rates have dropped. 16yo and under don't get convicted, Maori don't get convicted.

Funny how the reported crime rates have increased through the roof since labour entered govt.

Just confirms they are letting more off the hook!!!!!!!!!
