Haven't been to the bfd for a while, but wtf is going on in Scotland? It's now illegal to call a man in a dress a man? thebfd.co.nz/2024/04/03/cmon-and-arrest-me-dares-j-k/JKR = awesome. She’d no doubt hate the comparison, but it’s hard not to think of Margaret Thatcher’s doubtless most famous phrase, when watching J. K. Rowling stand up to the bully-boys in dresses and their cowardly, creepy enablers in the parliaments, courts and police stations.
I prefer to believe that certain lessons have been learned from experience, that we are coming, slowly, painfully, to an autumn of understanding. And I hope that it will be followed by a winter of common sense. If it is not, we shall not be diverted from our course.
To those waiting with bated breath for that favourite media catchphrase, the ‘U-turn’, I have only one thing to say: ‘You turn if you want to. The lady’s not for turning!’
With the nationalist-socialists incumbent in Holyrood having made it a criminal offence to call a man in woman-face a man, Rowling is showing that she, too, is not for turning.
World famous author JK Rowling has thrown down a direct challenge to Scotland’s police to place her under arrest, after new hate crime laws came into effect, by publishing that high-profile trans women are actually biological men.
Even the resort to the nonsensical tautology “biological men” shows just how far public discourse has been corrupted. We live in a time of such universal deceit that telling the truth is not just a revolutionary, but a literally criminal act.
Ms Rowling, who lives in Edinburgh, provocatively identified trans activists and trans sex offenders in a series of posts on X, formerly Twitter, before stating: “Freedom of speech and belief are at an end in Scotland if the accurate description of biological sex is deemed criminal.
“I’m currently out of the country, but if what I’ve written here qualifies as an offence under the terms of the new act, I look forward to being arrested when I return to the birthplace of the Scottish Enlightenment.”
Ms Rowling mocked the new laws, highlighting how various trans women who have been convicted of sexual crimes, are biological men. She added to her social media posts on X the hashtags of #ArrestMe #AprilFools #HateCrimeActScotland.
The mainstream media, of course, want us to believe that “trans” predators simply don’t exist. Here at The BFD, we prefer to let our readers know just how prevalent they really are. Hence, unlike your friends and family who only consume MSM, you’ll probably recall some of the names from this grim roster.
She spotlighted rape offender Isla Bryson, Amy George who abducted a child and abused her for 27 hours, pedophile and sexual abuser Katie Dolatowski and sex offender Samantha Norris. She also pointed out how the chief executive of Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre Mridul Wadhwa is a biological male and that the UN Woman’s first UK champion Munroe Bergdorf is also a biological male.
For those women who persist in refusing to see what a brutal rod they made for their own backs by supporting transgenderism in the first place, the new Scottish laws give the misogynistic game away beyond doubt. The laws define “hate crimes” on the grounds of “transgender identity”, but not sex.
Trannies literally have more rights than women, in Scotland.
On Monday the Harry Potter author said “In passing the Scottish Hate Crime Act, Scottish politicians seem to have placed higher value on the feelings of men performing their idea of femaleness, however misogynistically or opportunistically, than on the rights and freedoms of actual women and girls.”
She added: “The new legislation is wide open to abuse by activists who wish to silence those of us speaking out about the dangers of eliminating women’s and girls’ single-sex spaces, the nonsense made of crime data if violent and sexual assaults committed by men are recorded as female crimes, the grotesque unfairness of allowing males to compete in female sports, the injustice of women’s jobs, honours and opportunities being taken by trans-identified men, and the reality and immutability of biological sex.”
And just in case anyone missed the point, so-called “hate crimes” can be reported, not just to police, but to sex shops and mushroom farms.
No, I’m not making that up.
This is the Clown World we’ve let ourselves be dragged into.

Far too shit scared to take on a high profile individual. Shame on the gutless cowards who make these rules then don't have enough spine to back themselves.

Far too shit scared to take on a high profile individual. Shame on the gutless cowards who make these rules then don't have enough spine to back themselves. Is it any different to how ours would happily screw you and I if we short paid on tax but are happy to ignore Apple, Google, religion, Iwi and the raft of others?
But it is a bizarre situation that I can not see how it could end well for anyone. I see one of the main drivers of this WTF law, the muslin MP dude, has already had over 200 complaints laid for being a racist MOFO. If you google his name you can see a speech he did in the Scottish parliament whining most of the power positions are white people. That pissed off a lot and it looks like they are now having some payback, most amusing.

from BFD Backchat Hey Debbie (Maori Party) can you explain to me.. as I'm just a humble engineer used to working through problems with math's and logic... stating problems in English, describing problems clearly without hyperbole and agreeing on defined outcomes within certain time frames, so we can move on and up.. If you separate Councils along Racial lines...how its that unifying? And if you treat everyone equally - how is that divisive? it sort of sounds like if we don't do what you want - you are gonna break stuff.. You want to add extra unelected unqualified people to Councils... how does that save the poor people money? or fix problems quicker? does that enable better decisions around pipes in the ground for example.. do the pipes need to be decolonized? what does a decolonized sewage pipe even look like You also claim to have superior DNA..(I guess its your Pakeha side dragging down your EQ and IQ) and you want a say in how every business operates in Aotearoa if not NZ.. you know you sound an awful lot like another power hungry racist politician stoking fear and preying upon base human emotions .. no not Jacinda A guy who espoused similar Master Race ideas in Europe back in the 40s... didn't the Maori Battalion loose thousands of young men fighting against that crazy politician back in the day? were they all fools seduced by the evil British Empire? be keen to hear you explain that on ANZAC Day this month

Good to see IRD are so efficient in everything they do that they've got the time to threaten disciplinary action against a woman saying 'it's interesting to see that men can menstruate'. I hope this blows up in the HR dept's face and they walk away with a bloodied nose. Thankfully they have the 'rainbow tick' and are an inclusive organisation. theplatform.kiwi/podcasts/episode/ird-threatens-to-fire-woman-questioning-feminine-products-in-male-toiletswww.fsu.nz/personal_grievance_filed_against_irdPersonal grievance filed against IRD for suppressing employee’s speech

Personal grievance filed against IRD for suppressing employee’s speech
The Free Speech Union has supported a member in filing a personal grievance against IRD with the Employment Relations Authority after an employee was threatened with disciplinary action for sharing particular opinions in a social media chat, says Jonathan Ayling, Chief Executive of the Free Speech Union.
“IRD employee Christine Massof was recently threatened with a formal disciplinary process by her employers after making a comment on an internal work forum set up specifically for women.
“After IRD installed feminine hygiene products in all of its bathrooms, Massof posted a comment on the forum: ‘This is awesome but a shame it took so long coming. And interesting, that now that men can menstruate, free period products are available in all bathrooms.’
“IRD accused Massof of not being inclusive and told her if there was any risk that her words could be offensive that she should ‘refrain from sharing opinions altogether’ and ‘remain silent’.
“That’s pretty ironic in the name of ‘inclusivity’. It is unacceptable for an employer to tell employees not to share their opinions in a forum designed specifically to support women.
“The personal grievance has been filed on the basis of unjustified disadvantage and discrimination after being labeled ‘anti trans’ and being told she was acting in a way contrary to IRD’s ‘inclusive’ policies.
“We expect compensation for Massof and recommendations from the Employment Relations Authority on how IRD and other employers can avoid this situation in the future.
“IRD should not discriminate on employee’s views differing to their own.”

Just adding to that about the IRD.
They put out a notice a month or so back that no one could start work before 7am.
H&S was the reason of course.
It got retracted the other day, apparently it caused a bit of a furor and they pulled their heads out of their arses.
Pity they didn't do that for the case above.

Will they provide free razors, deodorant, contact lenses, hair gel and everything else normal people have to pay for themselves and put in their bathroom?

Possibly because if you don't shave, put deodorant on or gel in your hair no one will give a fuck.
They're entirely optional things to do.
Last time I checked, women don't get a choice in having their period.
Funnily enough, the lady being threatened campaigned for years to get sanitary products supplied.

I was under the impression IRD paid their staff in money. So that staff could then go and buy stuff they need. Maybe it's part of their employment package, free sanitary products. My last place had free life insurance. Lots of places provide cars and the like. Most places provide free tea and coffee and stuff. Some even do fruit. I can see why they need to make the products available to everyone. Otherwise it would be sexual discrimination. That all the males have no use for them, unless you have serious gunshot wounds, or need to mop up oil when servicing the car has nothing to do with it, you still need to make them available. PS, I can see it has to be logistically very handy having a stash of period products available at work, no real issue with that. It's just the whole ball ache and wokeness that goes along with it.

It was the bit about putting them in the men's bathroom that set it off, near as I can figure. No one at IRD is short of cash, women have all ways asked around if caught short. Waste of tax dollars either way. It has all the smell of a woke agency going after a reporter who has gone rouge on them.

Depending how easily I could find another job I'd not be backing down.
