Should I know who that is? Have to say there is a large amount of self inflicted going on there. It's not like we can have good trust in what our Govt tells us and from snippets seen the same appears to apply in many countries. |

What is your assessment of who was at the parliment occupation based on EM? A day or 3 in the headline on Stuff, TV1 and the NZH all had big photos showing a pair flying the MEGA and Dukes of Hazard flags. But being the nosy fucker I am I scoured other media and video only to see those 2 flags were about the only ones like that to be seen. There was obviously a plan to paint the crowd as far right loony tunes.
It was at that moment I gave up on MSM as any sort of reliable source. When I wanted to know things I rang people at it instead, including the 2 I helped cover their living costs so they could go down there.
I did that 100% due to Jacindas publicly stated desire to fuck over anyone who did not bow to her wishes and her desire for NZers to abuse harass and vilify other NZers. The Govts actions around that protest and covid is the direct cause of many deaths, deaths that did not need to happen if some weren't so insistent on being such massive lie pieces of shit arseholes.
I applaud those who went to Welly for having the balls to stand up for their beliefs. Well, those who went for genuine reasons not the bad actors that were very obviously sent in when after that retard Mallard made such a massive fuck up.

Yeah it was the first protest march to parliment that opened my eyes to the media blatantly fabricating a make believe narrative completely at odds to reality. I also realised they were really, really bad at counting protesters.
Yes there was a small group with their trump flags that went straight to centre stage which would obviously give the most impact for a media article. I thought it was weird and annoying as did many others including the organisers.
For the second protest march in December it was made clear that no trump flags etc would be welcome so what did they do? They supposedly set up a weird little trump merchandise thing with four or five hats, on a side street. Theres no doubt in my mind it was completely fabricated for a photo op.
I marched along side teachers, nurses, midwifes, Drs, farmers, every walk of life. All very normal salt of the earth kiwis who could see that allowing the state to take control of our medical choices was a very, very bad idea.

Nice to see that Give-a-Little shut down the fundraising campaign. After 5 days it had only received $5k of the $65k target. I actually find that surprising given the number of supporters they seem to have. |

I actually find that surprising given the number of supporters they seem to have. I'm not that surprised. I just can't see how flying a sick child internationally is going to reduce any risk. You can do the op, sure, but how to do get properly integrated post-op care? Even if you don't want vaxxed blood, there is a huge increase in risk in flying a sick kid internationally. So for the record, i'm saying this was a stupid idea. The pessimist in me thinks it was a blatant fund-raising exercise. |
