I keep getting online ads about a proposed Hopper development marina at gulf harbor. I assume close to it.

I keep getting online ads about a proposed Hopper development marina at gulf harbor. I assume close to it. I am told it is located to the east of the existing breakwater 300 berths and that resource consent has been applied for. Hope the design has a solid breakwater, I have heard Kennedy Pt has major issues with its floating breakwater |
