That propeller looks more expensive than my whole boat.
My first thought was, surely they wouldn't dry dock for that? Just get divers down to sort it, but I guess there is a risk they caused damage to shaft bearings and seals? And being a variable pitch prop (by the looks) perhaps they have damaged some mechanisms in the prop?

God fun in mid july at rakino at 5.00pm,diving over the side to cut a rope with a blunt knife,was going to wait till next day but what if we have to move? Cure for cold was Glenfiddich

We see that a couple of times a year.
The best one on a larger rivertimo style with those point forward drive units. They picked up a small longline, the size you have in your 6ft dingy to hold it on the beach, and that caused a complete replacement of the drive leg part. I was, still am, surprise how how little it took to bugger the drive.
