I doubt you’ll hear from BP or similar even if they are watching this forum.

I have nothing against them personally and respect their right to hold the views they do and to behave as they do. And I can even continue to be friends quite happily with people who have 180’ counter views on this stuff to me. And I DO continue to be friends with such people - including one with whom I enjoyed a few beers aboard Fogg only yesterday.

But I doubt any of them would have the courage to post here in an uncensored forum where they don’t have the protection of a moderator.

But hey, maybe they will prove me wrong…

Admiral sir!. I've been thinking about what you said admiral and I believe that BP is /was actually a right-wing person influenced heavily by a left-wing wife.

But even more interesting is the fact that we can have the privilege of being on this site and speaking freely not being afraid of any opposition talk because we know they wouldn't challenge us because deep down they know they are not right despite what they're wife's think 🤪.

The Lurkers may look at this site and think it's right wing and a biased echo chamber but in reality it's not until it's challenged and with that I asked anybody that lurks on this site that doesn't agree with us to challenge us and see if their argument and justifications, for what's happening in Jacindaland, stack up and stand up to robust debate.

After all that other site has not allowed our argument, from our position, be allowed to be heard for a long time... and to the stage where they have banned it.

Finally to say that their site is a sailing site only is a rubbish justification because we all know that sailors have a wide ranging viewpoint or a viewpoint on anything in society and should be able to vent it through whatever sailing site they like as part of a normal " sailor boy" conversation ( like you would have at a yacht club bar). After all the sites all about posts and numbers... that's what drives advertising income.

Also, it's ok to have a moral standpoint but at some stage you got to give the people what they want.... Unless you're a socialist like Donkey chops and know what's best for everybody 24/7.

But I believe Donkey Chops has been controlling the media by picking favorites, excluding right winged challenges, and vetting media and their questions.

Then there are the huge numbers of dumb elderly who think DCs saved them from death.

Then we have the dumb yooth that bought the spin but can't see beyond their noses, that they will be paying for all the bullshit.

But worse are the takers ... Yip the bludgers that rely on labour to give them a nice lifestyle for free courtesy of the hard working tax payer.
