That is me sending those.... note the club is run by volunteers, we have no paid admin staff, so Im doing this in my spare time. Apologies for how it is done, the system is painfully manual and Im not a Xero expert. We run a spreadsheet and the decision was made to email everybody, as we do not have the ability to roll over subscription as other sports and clubs do each year. The great news is we have had a fantastic uptake, the flip side is, if you dont pay, the system will automatically send you a reminder. If you dont want to join, please email the clubhouse email address on the invoice and Ill remove you from the database. This way we are sanatising the spreadsheet and know who the ongoing members will be, and we'll look to see how we roll over those invoices next season, once Ive worked it out. Though Id much rather you support the club and pay yer subs! We've invested heavily in keeping her open and we need all the support we can. Cheers Tom Club Secretary Greetings Tom We spent two days at Bon Accord after retiring from the coastal due to a back injury . We spent more than few hours at KBC enjoying the refreshments and food . It was bloody excellent and very entertaining with the PCC old guard headquartered there for the weekend . I’ve never been into KBC before but enjoyed it enough that we will be joining soon and hope to drop in when we do a gulf loop later this summer . |

Great news!
More the merrier. There are some pretty major things in the pipe for the club so all the support we can get is so much appreciated. We are determined to make sure it stays around and thrives into the future, hopefully for many generations to come, but we do need support!

I hope that all goes well for KBC, but there remains the issue over catering, ie Daniel and Renee having the catering contracts for both SYC and KBC.
I read recently that they are hunting for a chef for SYC to take the load off Renee. This was not the deal they signed up with SYC, and our club gave alot of concessions to make the cafe economically viable for them. In the busy times they are running themselves ragged which means service will suffer.
