Is labour slipping something thru in the background while we all make a noise?

Seeing it was Winston that created the opportunity for this ongoing debacle you might think it was divine retribution ? Not so. Mallard is a total bully, fool and demagogue.Even I'll defend W on this one. Mallard may aswell ban everybody who was there. And that was you and me,every citizen ,who has the right to access . And I'll bet the bimbo and her incompetent maori caucus are up to their noses in this

The "COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020" expires on the 13th of May, I think there is an equivalent bill ready to pass into law for another 2 years. I suspect Cindy and Co are getting a little edgy about the public response to that so trying to silence the opposition leaders first.
I struggle to see how these trespass orders are legal but most countries in this position simple lock up agitators or disappear them, and doing illegal things doesn't seem to bother this lot much either.

Is labour slipping something thru in the background while we all make a noise? Absolutely, Stalinda was AWOL last week and then suddenly pops up like Jack n' a box with Wealth taxes, Climate Crisis and Tourism advice whilst Mallard does his trespass thing. Meanwhile 3 Waters slivers along as does other odious legislation eg Digital Identity Services Trust Framework bill

Don't be sucked into beleiving that is the end of it. There are still two political parties who have been silenced, and are not allowed to criticise the govt for fear of contravening their bail conditions. That is the govt using the Judiciary to put down political opposition. We all laughed when Billy TK got arrested (for protesting, as per his Bill of Rights rights). Now he is completely gagged. Leighton Baker, gagged as per bail conditions... Even the Destiny Church guy - gagged, not allowed to criticise the govt as per his bail conditions. This Labour govt is doing it. They very nearly got Matt King and Marama Fox, only their net caught up Winston as well, and if it weren't for that, this Labour govt would be using the Judiciary to silence further political opposition.

I just wish luxon would take a harder position on co governance, 3 waters, education, health. I am fairly sure the Bald White guy's strategy is to do nothing, and let Labour implode. To win the election, they need to take swing voters off Labour. You don't want to do anything that may scare them (the swing voters). So best not to do anything at all. National actually need to be more left of centre than Labour, but they don't actually want everyone else to know they are left of centre, for fear of upsetting their base. Hence, the do and say nothing plan. Further to the right, you've already got ACT with clear policies and an active communications machine in place, so they can cater to the people who want actual facts and details and stuff. They will partner with National in govt regardless, so there is no need for National to startle the sleeping masses by actually taking a position on anything. Think about it, if you are pissed off with Labour, what do you do? Vote Greens, or vote National? So you need National to be very placid and non-controversial... So people don't prefer the Greens over National. Do and say nothing, attract those disaffected by Labours BS. Job done.
