put 68lts into the 70lt tank that's nothing, I remember many years ago on an EA Falcon putting 72 litres into a 70 litre tank and the gauge was still registering   |

Limped into a gassy yesterday and put 68lts into the 70lt tank, $170 later thank you. Towing beef is not good for mileage So your only paying $2.50 / litre. That is very good regardless of what it is. Clearly weren't in Auckland. |

That one was in Ruakaka so spitting distance to Marden Point.

I didn't realise it but the fuel tax comes off tonight.
Glad I didn't fill up the stinky hilux yday.
