So the facts are he has been arrested and has had some form of "in camera" court appearance, but what the specifics, if any, of the charges are being kept under wraps.
The claims on the farcebook postings that he is being denied access to his lawyer are very concerning.

But how do you know it is fake?

Is Graham Philips actually free, and currently down at the pub watching the rugby?

Probably because there is a blanket suppression order.

They are being used more regularly lately. Same as the rumours of a high profile person being charged with cocaine trafficking. Suppression covers all facts including the suppression order, so you can't even say there is a suppression order blocking other information, like that charges have been laid.

So it is possible that there is massive public interest, and the MSM are appealing the suppression order, but part of the suppression order suppresses the fact that they are even appealing it. I have no facts here, due to the tautology of the suppression order (if it even exists). MSM have done this in other cases.

I think the most concerning bit is around obtaining bail. All the Police need to do is say he is a threat to National Security. Because it is not a hearing, they don't have to present evidence. It is up to the guys lawyer to refute this, BUT, if the Police haven't divulged the evidence file (I can't remember the formal name of this stage), then the defence lawyer has nothing to base anything on. Often Police delay releasing the evidence file. It is either because they don't have it ready, OR, a classic delaying tactic to frustrate the defendent and bully them into pleading guilty. This is highly likely if they are kept on remand, and face a 2 yr wait for a trial 'due to the complexity of the case' etc etc. Face more time in prison than what the sentence would be, or plead guilty when you are innocent, just to get out of prison.

It happens very, very often.
From the Police's point of view, they get some rough justice, and circumvent the justice system. Means they don't need to worry about getting their evidence tested and challenged in court...

So:

1. Probably the majority of the case is suppressed, anything that isn't, isn't worth printing, so that's why nothing is in the msm.

So the information on Facebook and counterspin are breaching the suppression order, because that content would certainly be msm worthy.

2. According to counterspin he was denied the right to defend himself.

This only happens when a judge determines that the individual is incompetent in the area of law and continually screws up creating a worse situation for themselves.

So he probably defended himself in the first 3 bail hearings and completely lacked the legal knowledge or ability to successfully get granted bail.... The judge saw this and decided it was time he got a lawyer...

This aligns with another reference on fb that he only got a lawyer in late May.

Given the June bail hearing would of already been set, it was almost certainly his own lawyer who requested a postponement so that they could actually do the necessary background work.

3. Counterspin further claims that there have been multiple attempts on his life while in prison. This would explain why he is in solitary confinement.

So if there has been multiple attempts on his life, then this would mean that the crim's know what he did and they want to kill him for it.

So whatever he's in for must be pretty serious for the rest of the prison population to want him dead.

So on the balance of probabilities I think there's enough information here to make it true...

But only just! And only if point 1 holds. If point 1 doesn't hold, then this whole thing is a scam.

But... According to all the information on the sites that we have available...

1. He has not been held without access to a lawyer
2. He has not been denied the ability to talk to his wife
3. He has not been held without being charged
4. He has not been denied bail hearings

If all of the above holds, then he's probably the maker of his own destiny after refusing legal support.
