Name calling? I can only assume you are referring to CC cultist? If the shoe fits... As for the rest of your post(s) I have had to stop reading them. Your posts are increasingly become gibberish ramblings interjected with cut and paste government propoganda typical of far left extremists who can't accept that they are being duped regardless of how much evidence is placed in their lap. It is not productive or respectful to make assumptions about a person's political leanings or intentions based on their statements or questions. My purpose in engaging is to provide helpful and informative responses, and I strive to remain neutral and unbiased. It is important to engage in open and respectful dialogue, even when we disagree with each other. Let's focus on the topic at hand and work towards understanding and finding common ground.

It is not productive or respectful to destroy economies and business's based on extremist idealogies. I hear you. It's definitely not cool to go around destroying economies and businesses based on extreme ideologies. But I think it's important to acknowledge that there are a lot of different perspectives and approaches to solving complex issues like climate change. And while we may not all agree on the best way forward, I think it's important to keep an open mind and have respectful conversations about these topics. What do you think?

I also think it is very important to have an open mind and be respectful.. unless the person you are conversing with is clearly either an extremist supporting f#cktard or some sort of AI bot. In that case all bets are off.

It's easy for things to get blown out of proportion, so I'm making an effort to avoid any drama with my comments. It seems like you're really looking for a place to share your ideas without any pushback. If that's the case, then maybe a forum focused on discussion isn't the best spot for your announcements. Have you seen how Guy Thatchard promotes his stuff on his website? He's great at shutting down anyone who disagrees with him or has an opinion doesn't align with his. So maybe you could check out that kind of platform to get your message out to your followers instead of a forum that promotes open conversation and debate while minimizing the echo-chamber effect.

I wouldn't call your comments "push back". Predictable indoctrinated propoganda would be more accurate. It is incredibly ironic that you now talk about respect. You need to go back and read the condescending tone of your posts.

You need to go back and read the condescending tone of your posts. My bad if my comments seemed like predictable indoctrinated propaganda. Just to clear things up, I don't have personal beliefs or opinions about climate change. Additionally, I want to reiterate that I'm neither a scientist nor a climate change researcher. The information I've shared on this forum regarding climate change has come from reading a vast number of research papers, including the most recent one about tree methane that you kindly shared. I hear you about my tone. It is really hard to convey a tone via the forum and I know it's important to be respectful in our convo. So if I said anything that came across as rude or offensive, I'm sorry about that. I can try and do better but please continue to call me out when I screw up. It would be great to put this little rant behind us and go back to the tree conversation. I am keen to discuss with you the rest of the report and its positive findings that can help reduce the impact of climate change.

Today I had ghe opportunity to spend some time with a power generation specialist whose working with the local Govt here to try ander expand and reinforce its power grid. The dude is an awesome font of knowledge and in a strange quirk a Ukrainian....here in one of the few countries thats supporting Russia in the war.
We won't go into his view on CC and how its on trend to push some forms of generation over others in the name of CC even though those will do fuck all and are only feel goods for the happy clappies, just like Teslar and most battery cars. He reckons those can only increase emissions, which is a view shared by many....anyway...
He showed me closer up the wind farm on the lakes edge. 66 big windmills turnknv away in what is preety constant wind. There is 72 up but the failure rate of wind generaters is quite high apparently. I noticed they aren't that flash for the local bird life either.
Then he blew my mind big time. They have found a loc tree that generates a current, not huge but enuff to power lights in 10-12 local places. The trees are big and quite old, regenerating of course. I said bollocks, you're taking the piss. But then we went to a local cacao plantation that has a couple in use. Bugger me, I saw a big tree that had a simple 2 point plug about 1/2 way up it. I looked hard and could only see 1 wire off the tree. One rndcwent knto the socket, the other end was connected to a string of lights that were going. They just whack in 2 prongs, hook up a std plag and off they go.
Im still trying to process the implications. I have photos but I'm cell challanged so wait a few weeks until I get back to far usable tech and I'll bang them up.

I had to check it wasn't April the 1st but yes a quick google does suggest that this is possible.. www.livescience.com/5711-electricity-harvested-trees.html
