Now that Shaw is gone, do the Greens have any white males in Parliament?
Personally, I think the Greens are very racist. It is only ever minority women of colour that get the boot. Two of whom have Ta Moko. I mean seriously, how racist is that.
Elizabeth Kerekere (Chloe is a cry baby, she is now also the co-leader) Lesbo academic wahine Maori Golriz Grabagarment - no actual Ta Moko, possibly not actually LGBQ either, but minorty, of colour, refugee et al Darleen Tana - Actually has a husband (which I thought was against Green rules, unless you are a man) Ta Moko et al
This list exclude Shaw's made up qualifications, cause he retired, he didn't have to resign. They managed to keep the fake degree under the carpet.

she seems to have been donkey deep in this hypocrisy for years ie before she was selected by the greens before the election and before she became a list mp Palma and another migrant worker have both laid claims in the Employment Relations Authority.
Bikes and Beyond has lost twice in that arena in recent years.
In one of those cases, they were told to pay Simpson about $6200. Last week, he says, he got paid most of that money.
the money, due on January 24, only arrived after he threatened to send bailiffs to the couple’s Waiheke Island home.
Another former employee, Nick Scott, who won an ERA ruling that he was owed about $30,000 in wages, penalties and costs, says he is still waiting.
Scott worked for the company in 2021 .... Tana still dealt with the company’s payroll while he worked there.
had issued a statutory demand for payment, and if that didn’t arrive within seven days, he would apply to liquidate the company.
Kersjes said bailiffs had already seized several bikes from the Newmarket store and he had hoped that would prompt negotiations.
Kersjes supplied text messages from Scott to support his assertion (Darleen) Tana handled the company’s finances.
One was where he had contacted the store’s operations manager about his timesheets, and received the reply “Okay. I am contacting Darleen for it now” and another when Hoff-Nielsen told him “Darleen looked at your timesheet today for pay.”
He said dealing with the couple had been deeply frustrating. “No matter what you say to them you are wrong and they are right.
Witowski said he took Hoff-Nielsen to court over a dispute over eight bikes he had supplied. He said Hoff-Nielsen sold and paid for three, but did not pay for the others. He was able to repossess four, but Hoff-Nielsen had sold the fifth. He eventually was paid after sending in a bailiff. He said the process too almost two years. “He put me through hell,” Witowski said. www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/350214591/darleen-tana-case-former-employees-speak-out

She must have been fizzing about the last little spree! Surname of Garament needs to be plural rather than singular. www.kiwiblog.co.nz/2024/03/ghahraman_and_the_judge.htmlThe Herald reports: The judge presiding over Golriz Ghahraman's court hearing yesterday previously worked on cases with the former MP when they were both lawyers.
Criminal barrister Marie Dyhrberg KC and former Auckland District Law Society president told 1News the judge would have been “very much alert” to the “reality of not having bias” but also the “perception … which is really important”.
A perceived conflict of interest can be raised by lawyers or the judge.
The District court Recusal Guidelines read: “The guiding principle is that a judge is disqualified from sitting if in the circumstances there is a real possibility that in the eyes of a fair-minded and fully informed observer the judge might not be impartial in reaching a decision in the case.”I don't see this as a big deal. There were no real decisions to be made at this hearing, except media photography. The judge may not even have known which cases they had until that day. It would be very different if this was a sentencing appearance. In that situation having a former colleague decide your penalty would be problematic. But for merely taking a plea, I see no issue. More details of the offending have come out. They are: 22 Oct: Stole black Zambesi shirt costing $695 from Cre8iveworx by placing the shirt inside her clothing or bag. 21 Dec: Stole from Scotties an Acne Studios single breasted coat valued at $1900 and a Commes des Garçons wallet, valued at $160 by placing them in her bag. 22 Dec: Stole from Standard Issue a navy blue cardigan priced at $389 by placing it in her bag 23 Dec: Stole from Scotties a $650 Issey Miyake bag, a $333 Two Squares dress, a $4500 black Row Calanthe dress, and a $290 Lemaire Crepe tank top. Refused to allow staff to search her bagAlso of interest is she claims not to remember some of the offending. You have to wonder how many other times she has shoplifted but has forgotten about it.

who wants a lawyer that either
- can't remember important stuff
- or steals so regularly that they can't be expected to remember each time they stole
- or mind goes blank under-pressure

One can still get community service with a discharge without conviction. And requirements to pay reparation fees, do councilling, formally apologise etc etc..
Discharge without conviction is a sentence.
That's what she'll end up getting. She's already been tried and convicted in the court of public opinion she's pretty screwed really.
The consequences of a conviction will be far more than any court would ever impose on a shop lifter.

the more they dig on the "do as i say, not as i do" new green mp the more they find "Tana and Hoff-Nielsen are no longer welcome at the Waiheke Boat Club, with their membership cancelled after a dispute over the cost of repairing and storing Hoff-Nielsen’s boat. The boat club secured an Interim Charging Order in 2020 against Hoff-Nielsen for $4080 after he paid only $2000 of a $6000 bill for his boat. While former president Gerry Morgan declined comment, saying he considered the matter closed, Stuff understands the club walked away from the debt but cancelled their memberships."this would appear to be pre-covid perhaps her becoming an mp was seen as their way of escaping their creditors? www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/350222068/more-claims-emerge-against-suspended-green-mp-darleen-tana

just another reminder of what the Greens are really about(and it is not the environment) www.kiwiblog.co.nz/2024/03/will_the_media_call_him_far_left.htmlGreen MP Ricardo Menendez March said in Parliament: I rise in support of the Companies (Address Information) Amendment Bill. i'd say it's unlikely they know the sentencing judge
and that'll make ALL the difference
let's revisit and see if the public servants of nz judiciary
consider protecting their own
a higher priority than
consistently providing justice for victims
