cops yet again proving their incompetency, highlighting that the gun register is a farce ] Lol. That would have always been E-cat (now P-dash-something cat) Which, hilariously, along with the B & C cat guns, have, **since at least 1983**, required a Permit to Procure countersigned in triplicate, by police. And yes, having spoken with B,C and E (now P-something) license holders, the police had **already fucked that register up.** And now they've been tasked (at their own whining insistence) with a register that is 10x the size. Safer communities together boys.

The form shows it was imported in 2022 to Christchurch . I’d wager a pointy end brisket of wagyu brisket it’s for security purposes in the lakes district and there will be more than one of those , plus other stuff .
I worked on a boat that the owner wanted to take cruising in PNG . An NZ based security firm of ex SAS chaps came and sussed out the boat and gave us a bit of a briefing . The gear they were going to bring was serious shit , some of it much higher calibre than that heckler and grenade throwing stuff too . We never went thank god , one of the guest cabins would’ve had to of been made into an armoury . I think the boss got the shits about the whole gig and fair enough too . Anyway that armoury would’ve been based in the viaduct for a bit , ripe for the picking if anyone had the nous and balls to try and take it .
There will be quite a few caches of super heavy duty firepower around NZ at any given time , most at quite remote locations with only a property manager or two at quiet times . You would hope there are some strong protocols around where the stuff is stored when the Mercenaries aren’t on site .
