HaHa GO30 I was on a Parliament tour Saturday I saw the PODIUM of lies. Interesting place if you havent been there. Even went and looked the Old wooden building across the rd which was the original parliament house.Both are architectural marvels.The old wooden one has no cross beams,nogs,just studs and some sort of cement type powder so in the event of a earthquake,basically push it upright. Pub to Pub race in Welly + a sponsor with more money than sense + celebrating a spectacular win......and then I needed a piss, we were at the front door of the Beehive at the time.
So Yes I have been there and have a Trespass notice to prove it

It seems the case is 'he was coerced' which I think would have been very common. I know many who got forced by marginal means into being a pin cushion.
I got quite a bit of pressure applied from a few differing angles to make sure all my team were stabbed. My response was always 'Not my decision to make sorry, their body their choice'. To this day I don't know who got stabbed and who didn't, I did not care then and I do not care now.
We even had some fucked up woke corporate fuckwits ask me to verify all my team were stabbed before they would put me onto the person I rang for. Note the 'rang for', we were on the phone for fuck sake.
At peak bullshit it was flowing very thick and very fast.

This is nothing to do with the jab and everything to do with not following due process. The employer failed/refused to do a risk assessment. Any employer who brings in any kind of mandate needs to follow a fair and reasonable process if they plan to fire people who are challenging the validity of the process. |

I was getting emails from the Govt a lot telling me to do this, do that, which included tell your people to get stabbed or they risk their job and other such wankery. The bollocks sent out by business.govt.nz turned from informational to propaganda and dictates. On advice of my lawyer I ignored the Govt as it was quite obvious a lot of what she was demanded contravened the law, common sense and basic common decency. She and her muppets did not care about process or the law and they pushed very hard for me and other business owners to do the same. The smart ones didn't as those that did are now being fucked over for doing as we were told to do by the government at the time.

Open letter from Dr Guy Hatchard to Dr Shane Reti, Minister of Health hatchardreport.com/open-letter-to-the-hon-dr-shane-reti-new-zealand-minister-of-health/excerpt My letter relates to OIA responses HNZ00013886 and HNZ00033573. Both requests asked for information about the availability of any data that matches all-cause mortality with Covid vaccination status. I note that prior to the pandemic the existence of any relationship, even if minor, between the use of a drug or vaccine and all-cause mortality was considered critical in evaluating drug safety.
For example this paper entitled “All-Cause Mortality in Randomized Trials of Cancer Screening” from 2002 spells out the overriding importance of looking at all-cause mortality as an indicator of drug safety or harm, saying:
“All-cause mortality, (in contrast to disease-specific mortality), does not require judgments about the cause of death. Instead, all that this endpoint requires is an accurate ascertainment of deaths and when they occur. Furthermore, all-cause mortality is a measure that can capture unexpected lethal side effects of medical care. Because of the concern that some cardiac interventions may cause non-cardiac deaths, for example, there has been a trend toward the use of all-cause mortality as the primary end point in cardiac drug trials.”
As you know, the various Covid vaccines did not go through the normal long term trials that are designed to pick up any such relationship. Now, three years since the introduction of Covid vaccines in New Zealand, it is possible to remedy this deficiency by comparing the health outcomes of vaccinated cohorts with those of matched unvaccinated cohorts separated by age and cause of death.
It would not be in any way an exaggeration to suggest that this comparison will settle any debate concerning Covid vaccine safety.
It would enable Health NZ to respond appropriately based on sound evidence. Incredibly, the replies from Health NZ to the OIA requests cited above present a completely contrary picture. They present a puzzling collection of ad hoc statements without evidential support or compelling logic.
HNZ00013886 says:
“To provide some context, those who have been vaccinated/had boosters are more likely to have high all-cause mortality risk (additional to being aged) than those who did not. Therefore, vaccination will likely be misinterpreted as being associated with increased risk of death. To explain this requires a regression level analysis, which can take upwards of three months based on previous experience.”
The Health NZ official, Michael Clearly, Acting OIA Manager continued:
“Given the amount of work that would still have to be carried out to provide you with this information, we have decided to refuse your request under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or research.”
Thus the reply appears to concede that the vaccinated do have a higher rate of all-cause death, a huge red flag, but then decides this does not need to be investigated.
The justification for this lack of action appears to be an unsupported and statistically implausible assertion that “it is likely that vaccination may still appear to increase mortality risk due to ‘residual confounding’ coming from measurement of comorbidities.”Will be interesting to see the next response from Health Dept, they are wriggling like a fish on a hook. |

Furthermore they all should be offered reinstatement with no penalty for the break in service, as it was caused by an illegal act by the government and the NZDF.
This case shows that you have to fight like hell for your rights, and you should never give them away needlessly.
It has taken years, but they have prevailed.Only problem with reinstatement is in many cases the horses have already bolted, the SAS has been gutted with many of the regiment already gone (including a friend's son) and making big money as "security consultants " in the Middle East. The teachers case appeal is next and this could see the floodgates opened. Hope all those central & local government departments and companies who introduced their own mandates eg Downers, Fletchers and FH in the contracting world, get absolutely hammered - they deserve to be. Unfortunately the real "criminals" in this affair, ie Jabcinda, Hipkins, Bloomfield et al will never be brought to justice. |

Once again your relying on a conspiracy news outlet with substandard journalism that can't actually read, understand or interpret a court document to spread your misinformation. The issue employers are facing with the mandates isn't the mandates it's the actions taken against those that refused to follow the mandates. These people should have been redeployed into roles that a risk assessment said was appropriate, not fired. NZDF continues to keep covid on its list of required vaccines for service in the NZDF. |

However, instead of the public being informed of the facts and truth of a significant ruling from one of our highest courts, they have been exposed to a prime example of the unrelenting bias of much of our mainstream media.
There is no other logical reason or excuse as to why New Zealanders have not been properly informed.
This ruling has significant ramifications for the current Covid Inquiry, not only highlighting the inadequate terms of reference that were previously created under the last government, but also the significant ramifications for the justification of all previous and remaining mandates in all workplaces.
