So how long can this GOVT keep saying we are going to rebuld nz? cuts here over spend there. And there in a sentence is exactly the problem. People are not looking at the root cause.
The answer Mr C is - as long as you keep voting the fuckwits in.
The politicians are not the problem, they are like a 2 year old and only doing what you allow them to do. If you give them wiggle room then do not be surprised to find toast in your DVD player.
I can safely say I didnt vote for them or coalition partners. I could see slash spending and very quickly user pays and that exactly where our health services will be heading,no insurance, youre fucked.

When we have had enough of this lot and boot them out, who gets to replace them and damn near by default (exactly like the mob in there now)? Someone fresh new with new innovative ideas and a set of balls big enough to action them or the same bunch of limp arsed pandering retards we've already dumped multiple times as they were fucking useless? The NZ voter has proven it is very happy being fucked over and treated like shit by their Government, in fact they have kept asking for exactly that every 3 years for most of my entire life. Luckily for them the politicians they vote in are damn good at fore-filling the voters fucked up wishes.

Need a dictator who we can vote out or keep every 4 yrs. Last time we tried that it ended badly and that badly is still continuing today.
The system is fucked, it needs to be crashed and reset. But don't hold ya breath waiting as doing that will harm many gravy trains.

You vote for a dictator,no one else, they elect who they want.

has to be a joke right? 10/12 yrs to do 5 km of ak motorway,3yrs to fix taupiri/horotu What they going to do employ the red army to do the work. And why would you put a roundabout in at Piarer,Tauranga turn off at Karipiaro, only shifting the problem. It needs a fly over and on ramps, lights be better.

They aren't going to build a new road or anything. I think the only difference with this one is they are going to get some economies of scale with the traffic management...

I see the CRL CEO has been hired by an Ireland to oversee the Dublin's $20b Metrolink before the CRL is finished!!!!!!
In the Herald article he is quoted to say the cost of building a metro is
NZ USD922.37m per km US USD601.85m per km Aus USD321.43m per km France USD255.55m per km
and he is proud of this fact that he did a great job!!!!!

I drove up Highway 4 (from Wanganui to 8 mile junction) last week and noticed some of the bridges where built in the 1950's, saw one at 1951, the good old standard MOW design everyone the same side rails just the span changed.
There where some big slips from the 2019 storm but the road was in pretty good shape.

Still impressed with the new motorway north, the road is still in great nic and not one pot hole seen which is very unusual. Within 10 days of them opening the Esmond Road massively costly rebuild it was basically rooted and needed 4 months rehabilitation. The new highway in the Waikato, opened in time to be closed for repairs. Crazy shit.

Glad to hear all our hard work has been worth it, and no thanks to NZTA who were less than helpful during the project. Crying shame was that we were not able to move straight onto the Warkworth Te Hana section.
