have an inner city auckland apartment and leaving it the other day via the back entrance bumped into 4 detectives? in stab-proof vests coming in

outside was another guarding the back door

soon their heads were poking out a lower floor that backed onto the lane

looked like their bird had flown

a few days later was using the lane again and a rough young couple were using a chair to climb into a window of the same apartment from the street

30min later look out the apartment window and there is a flood of uniformed police once again in the lane and on that floor, interested in that window and apartment, again it seems they were too late

today new security camera signs were being hammered onto the back door and the body corporate sent out an email taking of emergency spending due to the deteriorating security situation within the 

noticed a parcel took big for the mailboxes, so left on top, had been ripped open, then left, to see if anything inside was worth stealing? 

the body corp says it will do what it can to bill the extra security costs to the apartment owner when they can find out who is housing the crims

but what is the owner to do?

labour has ended the ability to cancel a tenancy agreement by giving 90 days notice and rent can't be raised for the first year

so queen street crims get queen street accommodation and labour is pleased with themselves for getting crims beds, even though their criminality affects the whole building and increases costs for all 

how can labour be so continually blind to the unintended consequences of their failed ideology? 

maybe a few will respond to ardern's kindness

but many will simply double-down on their criminality knowing they will get away with it 

 

So the despot bimbo has met with Ukraine Prime Minister in New York where she reportedly deplored Putin's 'falsehoods. I can believe this statement from her because she is a world leading expert on 'falsehoods' .No word yet on how the job interview went ?
