Slater's editorial this morning, thebfd.co.nz/2022/08/06/let-me-bust-some-political-myths/whilst I agree in general with his views about National, I believe his judgement is clouded by his hatred for Bill English due to real or imagined offences. My views about Winston are very much along the lines of the comments by "Caustic Monkey" therein. |

Facts and stats don't count. It's perceptions that count. Thinking people who want rid of the bimbo/greens have to drop party loyalties and vote en masse strategically. That's Nats (cough splutter) constituency and ACT party vote. Better still ditch MMP so those minor parties don't run NZ. Will it be a better NZ. Well,hopefully but at least it should end the 'reset' and 'redistribution'. It's plainly obvious that resetting and redistributing by throwing Euclids full of borrowed money has made things worse for the masses and really benefited the 3% or so Labour controlling hierarchy
